How will I get charged for my subscription?
You will be charged directly by Shopify. Monthly fee for Omniful’s subscription and other apps will be reflected on your monthly Shopify invoice. We do not ask for credit cards or whatsoever.
Are there any extra cost apart from the subscription fee?
Yes, but it is not from Omniful App Builder. All plans require Apple Developer ($99/year) and Google Play Developer ($25, one-time fee) accounts in order to publish your mobile app. You pay the mentioned amounts directly to Apple and Google.
When will I get charged for my subscription?
You will start to get charged by Shopify once 10-day trial ends according to your billing cycle. Even if you start a plan in the middle of trial period, you will benefit free period till the end.
Will I get charged after installing Omniful App Builder?
No, Omniful’s App Builder is totally free to install and use 10 days.
Can I cancel or freeze my Omniful App Builder subscription?
Yes, you can freeze and restart anytime you want. No questions asked!
Am I allowed to upgrade within the trial period?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want.
How many Integration Can I request in Enterprise Plan ?
You can request up to four new integrations annually. Integrating these new integrations is subject to the availability of SDKs and the support Omniful receives from its partners. In rare cases, Omniful might not be able to integrate all custom requests if they are technically not feasible or if they conflict with our technology stack.
How much time does it takes to go live when I request a new build ?
Your new app request might take up to 24 to 48 hours to be picked up. Once completed by Omniful, it entirely depends on Apple and Google to review your mobile app, but in the best cases, they do it within 24 hours.
